Kelly Boccadutre is dedicated to real estate full time. Her goal is to make the buying and selling of real estate as seamless as possible for the buyer, seller and all other parties involved. She believes it is important to create trusting & lasting relationships with other agents, lenders, title companies, marketing firms, etc.

When she lists a property, she does her best to create a detailed description that highlight the benefits of the property and the surrounding area. She hires professional photographers who capture those highlights & offers drone photography to show an overhead view of the property. If appropriate, she will host an open house to generate potential buyers.

When working with buyers, she creates a subscription through the MLS with a customized search that automatically e-mails them with properties that match the criteria they are looking for. She belongs to multiple MLS services in NJ so she is willing to travel wherever the buyer is looking. If needed she refers them to trusted lenders, inspectors & attorneys. Together they do their best to secure the home the buyer has been dreaming of in detail.
