Kelly Brais has been one of Charlotte's leading realtors for over 16 years. She ranked Top 1% in company sales for ten consecutive years (2011-2021), first with her previous affiliation and then with her own company YourGo2Agents. She merged with NorthGroup Real Estate & became, YourGo2Agents powered by NorthGroup, to provide clients with personalized care and service that continues long after the day of closing.
Kelly is fluent in English and Arabic. She began her career in real estate in California back in 1988, by investing in rental properties and flipping homes. After 18 years' experience and two real estate crashes, in 2006 she relocated to Charlotte determined to reestablish myself in a completely different market. Within a year she became a licensed Broker and Realtor in North Carolina and South Carolina, and she quickly made a name for herself in the industry by surpassing all sales expectations. In recognition of her achievements, she has received several awards for excellence, including the 5 Star Professional Award for Overall Customer Satisfaction for ten consecutive years (2011-2021, Leader's Circle for six straight years (2013-2019), Top Gun/Top Overall Agent for 2014 and The Worldwide Association of Female Professionals Award in 2018 .
Kelly credits her achievements to hard work, dedication, quality service and a genuine concern for her clients. For these reasons, a significant percentage of her business is from repeat clients and referrals from past clients. She is currently working to expand her business and firmly establish it as one of Charlotte's premiere Real Estate Teams.
Kelly believes in giving back to the community and she’s an active member of her church, Charlotte's International House, which helps integrate foreign-born residents, in addition to several other organizations. In her personal time, she enjoys entertaining, drawing, photography, home decor and mentoring.
