From the time she walked into our home until the final signing of the sale paper work we had absolute confidence in her. Kelly is simply an incredible agent!! Kelly is responsive, dedicated, highly professional and a true pleasure to work with. Kelly has helped us buy and sell our home. During a crazy market Kelly was the reason we were able to buy our home - she was able to present our offer and family in a way that got us selected over many others (and we weren't the highest offer). Years later when we decided to sell she represented us and made the process smooth and easy plus secured an over listing price. When buying or selling in the Napa Valley, it is very important to have a knowledgable Realtor who knows property values in the area, and Kelly does. My family's relocation circumstances was not typical but certainly illustrates how dedicated Kelly is to her clients. We moved from Fiji to Napa and her diligence was key in our preliminary stages; even with challenging communication issues inherent with island living. She provided all pertinent information needed via scan / email as well as phone calls when needed. Once here in Napa, due to her preparation, we had found our home within one week and escrow closing seamlessly. Thank you again Kelly for all your efforts in our relatively easy move from one paradise to another!!!!
