She brings an intricate, proactive marketing plan to the table, works tirelessly 24/7, and possesses an attention to detail like no other. I highly recommend Kelly and her team.

But for me, her Realtor skills were only secondary. I was going through a challenging time personally and had a strong emotional attachment to my home. We heard about Kelly and her team through sold houses in our area, and decided to talk to her (among others) for potentially selling our house this last spring. Among the realtors we talked to, she was by far the most dynamic and excited to be the one to sell our home. She had a detailed plan in hand on what she wanted to do, how she wanted to approach the sale, and what strategy she suggested we take.

Right away, we were able to meet with her interior designer colleague to take a look at our home. She gave us some great tips and pointers on what we could do to increase appeal along with a solid to do list for us to complete. Every step along the process was well coordinated and explained to us. House photos, walkthrough videos, social media and more went into getting as much attention as possible for our house before we officially hit the market.

On the weekend of opening, we decided to go out of town to allow for showings and open houses. By that Sunday afternoon, we had at least five offers and had the winning bid above our original asking price.

Since we were moving out of state, we didn't have the chance to work with Kelly and her team for buying our future home, but I have no doubt that it would have been handled with the same level of professionalism and care that our house sale had.

The Kelly Brown Team is a girl gang of absolute ROCKSTARS! From the initial meeting, to the way they pre-marketed our house - the girls were an absolute dream to work with. Before we even listed they went all out on social media creating buzz around our "coming soon" home - we had 2 sight unseen offers before photos were even posted!! Fast forward to open house weekend where we had 16 total offers and landed on an offer with an appraisal clause for $50,000 over asking price! They navigated our questions throughout the entire process. Our house did not appraise, but we had no worries because of the appraisal clause negotiated for us. Overall all they were so so quick to respond and made us feel like the most important clients. I'm so grateful for this team and the experience we had selling our house. Can't say thank you enough to Kelly and her team for successfully selling our home in Maple Grove, MN!
We used the "top" Coldwell Banker team first and the agent kept refusing to stage our home as he believed staging is for $1 mil+ home only. Seriously how many homes are over $1 mil in MN? So our home sat with no offers for over a month with him! We even told him how Kelly helped our neighbor down the street from us with exact same floor plan sold their home after first weekend with multiple offers and overbid prior to our listing. Kelly's "Available Soon" listing sign was so much more pro than his flimsy one too.
Once we switched to her, we got an offer right after the first weekend! She networks and knows the market really well. Gave good advice for us to have to spend the money on repainting the house and did home staging. Even the title company her team suggested was fabulous, way way way better than Fidelity National Title (don't ever use them) that we were forced to use buying our other home.

Buying or selling – it doesn’t matter – Kelly and her team have you covered! Kelly is extremely knowledgeable about the Maple Grove/Plymouth/Wayzata area, among others. She was upfront and honest from the very beginning. Her marketing plan, which includes capitalizing on social media, is second to none! Her entire team is extremely professional, always available, and made the process painless! Laura’s advice on staging the home was invaluable and the photos Liz took made our house look impeccable. Our house sold in January – the worst time to sell according to some people– in only 2 days!!

Kelly also helped us navigate the world of new construction. She assisted us during the negotiating process, came by the design center when we were making our selections, stopped by the house during construction numerous times, and was our link to the builder and sales consultant. Kelly was fantastic to work with for buying and selling! When we were starting to look at new houses we weren’t sure which realtor we wanted to work with and met tons of different agents through open houses each weekend. We had met Kelly at two different open houses and always saw her social media posts for her listings. For those looking to sell a house and asking if her social posts work, having been a buyer the answer is 100% yes. We had gone to an open house and found the house we had been waiting for and called Kelly. Later that day Kelly worked with us to get an offer in and accepted the same day! We then had to get ready to list our townhouse and Kelly took the time to walk through everything with us to make sure it would look perfect for pictures and open houses. “Good” is an understatement. From the first time we spoke with Kelly on the phone, we absolutely loved her.
