Kelly has been involved in the real estate investment business since the mid 1990s. As a successful business owner in the construction industry she has been close to the real estate business for decades and began her investment portfolio at rather young age using her business profits. Over time, and through making wise decisions, Kelly built her own rather large diversified portfolio. She has developed a self-made operations manual which optimizes her leverage and keeps her expected returns high and in line with her financial goals. REALTORS license is one credential that shows her diversity in the real estate business. This has helped her facilitate 1031 exchanges when residential properties are involved, and also perform residential sales and listings as part of her yearly revenue. As an added level of service Kelly also uses her experience in the insurance business, selling fire and casualty, to enhance her clients’ financial positions by saving them money on their monthly expenses. “It is always a joy to talk to my clients about how much money they are going to save by shopping their insurance policies which is very easy and fun for me, “ says Kelly. “It seems like there is always at least one area where money can be saved and put towards their mortgage payment.” Kelly has excelled in the business by enhancing her sales from using her portfolio and experience to grow her sales and win clients for life. “People trust your decisions and ideas much more when you have experience in the area you are giving advice. Katie is a model and off-road racer, and son Brodie is a Captain for a private airline and drops private clients wherever they need to go - anywhere in the world. Her husband Chris owns an auto repair shop and restores automobiles for resale. Kelly and Chris currently reside in Lake Forest, CA.
