Wonderful selling experience from start to finish thanks to Kelly Connell. I reached out to Kelly in early spring 2021 about potentially selling my house. She was highly recommended again and again as an honest, relentless realtor who advocated for her clients to ensure their best interest from start to finish. Kelly was candid and gave me the information I needed to make the right decision for my family. In early April, when I was finished with the home improvements we discussed, Kelly advised on the right date to introduce our house to the market. My house was on the market by April 29th. By May 3rd we accepted a solid contract after reviewing multiple offers which were all well above the asking price. I walked away from my home of 12 years with no regrets. Kelly is knowledgeable, thorough and was there for me every step of the way (and beyond!). Overall exceptional service throughout the entire process continuously exceeding my expectations.
