Originally from Newark DE, I made the leap 25+ years ago to be a year-round resident of Coastal Delaware and have enjoyed sharing my love of the area. People tell me they can be honest with me about their likes, dislikes and price limits. It really IS an honor to assist with such a personal purchase. My investor clients are concerned with finding a good rate of return (ROI) so for them I focus on communities that allow short term rentals. I have even helped clients create their airbnb online presence once they own the property! It's a lot of fun.

I live in Milton Delaware, a historic town only 15 minutes from Lewes and Rehoboth with my husband Joel DeMott, a graphic designer, programmer and former Lieutenant with the Rehoboth Beach Fire Dept. Our daughters Morgan, age 16 and Bridget age 12, are students at Mariner Middle School and Cape Henlopen H.S.

Cape Henlopen State Park is a favorite family hangout, as is biking on the Junction Breakwater Trail. When not working we enjoy restoring our 1876 historic home in MIlton DE and being walking distance to the town's two parks, the Broadkill River, the theatre and several restaurants.
