I started my journey for my home in 2018, I had a really young realtor but he didn’t have my best interest at heart so my lender found me a person that would take me on “Kelly Denham” when I tell you we were like 2 peas n a pod, she knew what I wanted and what I liked. We went out on Sundays (only off day) we picked 5 homes in that general area to look at some good some not so good but she never gave up. Long story short I said “yes to my address “ in October 2019 and til this day we still remain friends and of course she’s my referral to anyone who wants to buy a home...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Kelly was absolutely fabulous when I was buying my first home! I was nervous and unsure of the process but she explained everything to me and really made sure to put my needs/wants at the forefront to help me find the perfect house. We looked at so many, she kept reassuring me and we finally found my house! She was so wonderful that I recommended her to my sister as well. Kelly gave the same positive and determined search for her and her boyfriend with their first home. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else for this, she's truly a wonderful realtor and a phenomenal person.

Kelly helped my purchase my first home last year and has continued to be a reliable source of information even a year later.

During the process of buying the home, not only was she responsive but proactive with updates on new homes for sale, making offers to properties I was interesting in, and being with me each step of the way of the paperwork process. I had a very small but strict list of asks for my home and she checked each one.

I would recommend Kelly to any first time homebuyer and will likely use her again if I am ever back on the market.

Kelly is absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable with such a great personality that she made it so easy to talk to her. She made good deals for us, always kept us informed and was the best person we could have had when buying our first house. I would highly recommend!
