About Kelly

Kelly's journey in real estate began in Ohio, where she started doing title work and closings for a local builder. Her transition into new home sales in 1998 ignited her passion for real estate, finding it deeply fulfilling to help clients achieve their homeownership goals. She is passionate about the process of new construction and setting expectations. She has worked for 4 well known national builders. She took the best bits of knowledge from each to move forward in building a strong reputation and set of skills to bring back to her clients and serve them in the best way possible. She feels listening to clients needs and wants then exceeding their expectations, regardless of whether they are first-time buyers, luxury clients, or retirees is a must and what she excels at.
With over 15 yrs of experience which span multiple states, including Ohio, Michigan, Arizona and now North & South Carolina, Kelly brings extensive knowledge and patience to each transaction in which she is a participant. She values honesty, trust, communication, and prioritizes building lasting relationships with her clients over all else in the transaction. Kelly also understands the challenges of relocating a whole family firsthand having moved with her young family across country twice.
Outside of work, Kelly resides in Fort Mill, SC with her husband, one son who is a recently licensed driver- (High School Junior) and one son who is flying the nest this fall to attend University of South Carolina to study video communications, along with here beloved Australian Shepherd, Maggie and sweet but naughty Malti-poo, Beanz.
She actively engages with her community through volunteering at her children's schools and connecting with neighbors. Her favorite pastimes include spending time with family whether it be on cruises, exploring new destinations, staying fit with boot camps or strength training or when she can fit it in and it’s not too hot for them, a nice long walk with her dogs.
