Kelly is incredible, we couldn't have gotten our dream home without her!

She went above and beyond helping us at every step of the way. Kelly is so well connected in the real estate industry and an expert negotiator. She got the seller to hold off on an open house by getting our offer in early. Kelly assembled a dream team and got us a sellers credit all within three week close around the holidays.

Kelly also helped us find tenants and rent out our condo making what was initially overwhelming process easy.

We're so thankful we had Kelly's help getting our home and highly recommend her.

Despite (because of?) the forest of online real estate listings, it was Kelly who found us our perfect place. She then followed that up by being there for us every step of the way while we purchased our home. Her knowledge and experience made a real difference in all our interactions with the seller. She helped us secure the right home inspector and other services. She and her office kept us ahead of all our deadlines, and Kelly personally saw to all the little things that made everything easy. Highly recommended!!!

Today, November 5th, 2021, is exactly 1 year that I bought my new home, and I had yet to leave my comments for the wonderful Kelly Dimbat. That alone should have one realize just how patient Kelly has been with me. If it weren't for her, I might even have lost this beautiful home that I found myself in thanks to Kelly's skills. But Kelly is not just a super real estate agent, she is first and foremost a mother, a friend, a sister, a precious person you can rely on. It's only thanks to her if I was able to have the opportunity to apply for the affordable houses and have all the documents ready. Although my bank committed serious procedural errors, she has always been interested in the state of this situation and has always been ready to satisfy any request so that I could reach the long-awaited closure.
Since Kelly got me to sign the client contract right away, my mother had some doubts at first that she could be a reliable person. I just tell you that after the enormous help she gave us, every time we met Kelly, my elderly mother began to jump on her like a puppy, hugging her without restraint, without caring about the restrictions of the Covid-19 pandemic.
A few months ago I was also invited to a dinner organized by her for her clients, complete with a raffle, and luckily I won a couple of prizes including the most succulent! Despite this, as I said at the beginning, I still had to leave feedback about Kelly, while she began to hate me (or maybe not because she is so good!), aha! During the dinner, some said "once you meet Kelly, you can no longer do without her, she knows how to convey so much positivity and joy as few people can", and I must admit that it is absolutely the truth! And this is exactly what so many people struggling with real estate need, so what are you waiting for? Contact her immediately !!
P.S.: I have just discovered that recently she was appointed Club President for her agency (La Macchia Realty): there is no more deserved position than this for Kelly!!

I absolutely love working with Kelly. I first worked with her approximately 4 years ago when I bought my first home. She was so patient with me, as I had no idea what I was doing. Kelly goes above and beyond for her clients. Now with the purchase of my second home, she again was amazing! She had to work with a very challenging sellers agent, but she always remained courteous and professional. Kelly was always available and when things became challenging in this ever changing market she was supportive and patient. I will continue to work with Kelly if and when we decide to sell and purchase again. I’ve recommended her to anyone who was looking to sell or buy and will continue to do so. Literally can’t say enough good things about her. One of the hardest workers I’ve ever met.

In the current housing market when you look to sell your home, every agent out there contacts you to list it. Sometimes it can be a little overwhelming or annoying, but when I met Kelly Dimbat I knew almost right away she was perfect. She is so down to earth, honest, attentive, hard-working, and a pleasure to work with. My situation was a little complicated with being military, roommates, and being away, but she managed it all. She had multiple offers well over asking within 12 hours and a smooth closing. Thanks Kelly!
