We couldn't be happier with our experience with Kelly Donovan of Casablanca Realty. She was highly responsive and very proactive in communicating with us. I honestly can't think of anything that she could have done differently or better for us. We had some difficult moments and an unusual set of circumstances that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to work with; however, Kelly worked with us seamlessly, walking us through the needed steps methodically and calmly. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Kelly was VERY informative, and you could tell right off the bat that she knew her job well and had our best interests in mind. We were very confident using her and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

Recently worked with Cayce Donovan and Kelly Donovan at Casablanca Realty to purchase a house. They were both excellent and worked diligently to make sure everything went smoothly. They kept up their communication and were very responsive to the requests and needs throughout the buying process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an agent in the Space Coast area.

Moving with the military, we’ve worked with numerous realtors over the past decade. Kelly and Cayce provided the best experience by far. Trying to sell a house during a pandemic should have been incredibly stressful, but Casablanca Reality made it so smooth. They provide so much above what’s expected for a realtor. They had gorgeous professional photos taken of our home (including a drone shot) and staged it beautifully. And they were more than willing to work with us on some unique requests. We had an offer we couldn’t turn down with a week of listing and closed with the buyer 28 days after it hit the market. They were very responsive and I always felt so comfortable going to them with my questions. I could go on and on about what a joy it was to work with them both and I’m sure I’ll be recommending them to everyone that mentions buying or selling a home in Brevard County.
