Kelly Dragus is our forever realtor! We met at an open house about 2 years prior to our actual listing. We had been looking for a place with a true mother-in-law plan or detached living space for my wife’s mother, thinking she would be moving in with us eventually. As life often does, things changed and even when we gave up Kelly would FOLLOW-UP with us via email, knowing we needed time to work on our grand plan.

2 years goes by and while our plans completely changed Kelly was able to pick up, right where we had come to a stop in our search with our new search criteria. That criteria consisted of “no idea”. She took us to listings we had no clue about while browsing them internets and being disappointed with our own efforts. With her help we finally found our literal dream home, and we went from nothing new to having 2 mortgages at the same time. We needed some love on our old house and she expertly guided us through the remodel process, making sure we didn’t spend too much but reminded us that quality counts and get the job done the right way and it would sell itself. We listed, had a line when the door opened and the very first family thru the front door bought it that day.

I can’t say enough about Kelly and how she has become a family member to the Duncan’s. She remained on our side when she could have easily moved on with our slow process. I felt like we both made a great friend in Kelly and will never use another realtor.

Kelly went above and beyond finding us a house to rent. We originally set out to buy a house but had to change our plan. Kelly was so gracious and found us the perfect house to rent. She responds promptly to texts and emails. Kelly was extremely helpful, friendly, and thoughtful. We plan on buying a house next year and will definitely ask Kelly to be our agent again!

I felt that selling my house was going to be a difficult undertaking. I only wish I would have called Kelly as soon as I first thought of doing it. She would have saved me a lot of work. Prior to speaking with her, I spent a lot of time repairing things that most buyers don’t care about. Kelly took the time to advise me on the repairs and necessary changes to bring the most money. It certainly paid off. I began receiving inquiries on my home as soon as her sign was placed in my yard. The end result was extremely positive. I had multiple offers above asking price, and a pending contract in less than a week. This entire process was new to me. Kelly kept me informed and addressed all my concerns the entire way. I am so grateful to have met someone so professional and caring. I know I could never have sold my home for the amount I received should she not have been my realtor. Kelly did an exceptional job! I will certainly use her again, and recommend her services to my family and friends. Kelly, thank you for your hard work and dedication. You made this process seamless!
