Being a Realtor here is something Kelly has trained for almost his whole life. His experience in real estate started in his pre-teens in Ohio, helping his Grandfather flip farmhouses long before 'flipping' was a thing. It continued with his parents purchasing homes he restored along with his three siblings, including a century home they rehabbed that was also home through his High School years.

While his wife, Linda, has been a Realtor for most of her life, he continued to purchase homes for rehab and mixed in working with developers on homes he had built.

After attending the University of Dayton, his professional career led him into the heavy diesel industry with a supplier to Cummins Engine Co., Caterpillar, and John Deere. He started his own logistics company, which he ran for eighteen years. Through those years, working in real estate has always remained a passion.
