I have worked with Kelly a lot over the years. She's sold my mother's house, my first house and now my second house. Not only did she get us top dollar, but never took more than 2 weeks to sell any of our properties. My mother's house sold in 31 hours, as if she was popping buyers out of a magic hat. After the dust settled from selling our properties she found the perfect place for us to continue building our lives. As I sit and write this in my new home, I can't believe that it is already over. I was able to call her and text her anytime about any problems and she answered enthusiastically and was super helpful. Thank You Kelly & the real estate team at New Century!!
When putting our house on the market we had already found the house we were buying and under contract with only 60 days to sell our house before we were to close on the new one. We went with an a acquaintance that offered to sell at a reduced commission because we needed to make as much as possible from the sale like everyone selling their home. BIG mistake!! The original realtor put us on the MLS prematurely with no pictures, listed at a price that was definitely too ambitious & did not post the upcoming open house... Needless to say I it was a lack luster open house with most of the traffic being neighbors, and buyers realtors were not motivated by the reduced commission so there were no showings after the open house at all. Our house was completely renovated and definitely sellable, we were in a panic!
With only 45 days left before we were to close it was Kelly Finley and the team at New Century to the rescue!!
Within 24 hours her photographer did the pictures, she told us what she felt was a realistic asking price, wrote a great description & had us listed not just on the MLS but multiple other marketing avenues. Nancy held a great and successful open house that Sunday and by Monday we had 2 offers!!
The added bonus is that the closing was as smooth as the sale! Kelly is extremely personable ,knows her business

Kelly Finley is EXCELLENT to work with and I see why she was listed in HOUR magazine as one of the top realtors.

She was readily available to view homes; at times even at a moments notice. She took her time explain the pros and cons of each home and what to look out for, which we really appreciated. Through the buying process she was always in contact with us and made sure everything ran smoothly all the way through closing.
