We hired Kelly Folden in February 2023 to sell our beautiful country home in new Franklin Ohio. Kelly is the most professional real estate agent that I have ever dealt with words can’t even describe the experience that we had. It was very fast and Kelly was fully involved in the process kept in touch with us on a daily basis and definitely brought us the exposure that we needed to get our full asking price. We thank her very much for all of her hard work. She definitely deserves all of the credit for the sale of the home and we will definitely be using her in the future. We met Kelly in the fall of ‘22 when we started looking for a lot to build our house. She worked with us on finding the right lot and put us in touch with several lenders who could offer a construction loan. Every loan officer spoke highly of Kelly and her team. As we narrowed our choices on the lot, Kelly helped us decide on the correct property and was with us at every step as we went through closing. We will definitely be working with Kelly again in the coming months once we move forward with breaking ground on our new house.

I highly recommend Kelley for your real estate needs. We worked over several years to find me the perfect house. We toured many homes and nothing fit until Fall of 2022. Kelly was just what we were looking for. We are in Cincinnati and it was very frustrating finding a place to live near my family in Doylestown. We tried another Realtor, and walked away disappointed. We found that Kelly listed a Condo that we wanted to see (and eventually bought), checked her out online and saw that clients from out of town were extremely happy with Kelly! I sent her the places that I had been looking at and to my surprise, she told me that there were some that she wouldn't recommend. She had read the disclosures and new about some of the properties and saved us a lot of time. She spent all day with us looking at properties and got to the Condo she had listed last and that was the one we bought! It didn't end then, she assisted us in letting in Contractors into the Condo and has been truly wonderful! She has kept in touch and followed up after the sale! I would recommend her Completely!

She explained how she expected the sale to proceed, from listing to having the house under agreement, and the events unfolded exactly as she had predicted in terms of timing, how many offers and what type of offers.
