I was privileged to have Kelly Forde-Sharpe of Grace Investment, LLC as my realtor in the sale of my house in Raleigh, NC. From our very first conversation, I knew that I dealing with a woman of integrity. Kelly was very attentive to my concerns and provided invaluable advice, in what could have become a very difficult task. I was able to fully depend on her expertise and guidance throughout the sale.

As an out of state resident, I had to find a realtor that I could trust to ensure that my interests were in good hands. Kelly Sharpe proved to be that and more. She listened and never made a decision without my input.

During the sale, Kelly relocated to another state, but referred me to an in-state realtor, who provided me the same exemplary representation until the sale was completed. The term 'Godsend' really speaks to the type of person Kelly is. I highly recommend this woman of faith to anyone who has sell or purchase a home. Kelly Forde-Sharpe will get done for you!

Kelly is a go-getter and was very helpful every step of the way and guided us through the entire process of selling our house. Her estimation of a proper sales price was spot-on with that from an independent appraisal. We received multiple offers beginning the first day after the house went on the market! I am very happy.
Update April, 2023... Kelly has sold a second house for us! Kelly is a hard worker and a true professional. Again, she sold our house quickly and made a complicated process seem easy. I am very glad that I contracted with her.

Kelly was the epitome of professionalism when she worked with my sister and I to sell my father’s home. During the entire process, which was an emotional one for us, Kelly guided us skillfully with grace as we prepared for the sale. Her experience was evident as she helped us plan and organize what we had to get done, step-by-step, so that it never felt overwhelming. She also assisted us with referrals for various services and vendors when needed, which saved us time and money.
