Kelly Giraldo

I have a degree in Liberal Arts math and science, I am certified in AutoCAD, and studied Architecture. I have been an adventuress in the work field, I have worked in many different industries, from serving at restaurants to being a paralegal and Interpreter. But where I can say I have the most experience is in the financial, customer service world, and of course Real Estate.

My family

I have been married to Antonio Patino for 20+ years now. He is a Real Estate agent with more than 20 years of experience, in New York City and the Carolinas. I am a mother to two young adults. Kimberly, who is currently a Real Estate agent, and Nicholas also a Licensed Real Estate agent. We LOVE to spend our time together playing board games with Grandma and grandpa. I am also a pet mom to Tommy our cat and a pet grandma to Khloe our mini-pin who is the center of attention to all in the house.

My heart

One thing I have learned throughout this process is that relationships are more important than transactions. My husband and I believe you deserve more from the professional you decide to work with, that is why we work by referral. Since the primary source of our business is referrals from people who know and trust us, we don't need to spend precious time prospecting and promoting ourselves.
