In 2015 Kelly Goodson helped us get our house at 4740 Oakmont Bend, Alpharetta, GA 30004 ready to put on the market after finding the perfect house for us in 2014. We were in our seventies and wanted to downsize and to be close to our 4 grandchildren who were actively involved in sports. We were sometimes close to midnight getting home after a 45 minute drive. Kelly was so wonderful in every way. She seemed intuitive about the neighborhood and house that would be right for us. We were so pleased with the house in Canton and working with Kelly we wouldn't have considered using anyone else to sell our house in Alpharetta. She showed a personal interest in guiding us every step of the way. We highly recommend her! Long after our business association is complete, Kelly stays in touch with us and has helped us afterwards to find the right people in our new city for various needs. I have used Kelly for many years as my personal real estate professional. She knows the entire process thoroughly. What really strikes me as special is her ability to spot potential issues with all aspects of of buying, selling and the loan process. Her knowledge of homes from a buyers perspective is amazing. She sees Possible problems with a home that most people wouldn't spot until they have bought a place and then realize they will have to spend a lot of money to correct the issue. She's adept at pricing homes for sale to sell them quickly and gain the most sale value for the owner.
