Kelly Hepburn

Kelly Hepburn is a Colorado transplant from the Midwest. After spending seven years in Denver, completing her bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurial Business and Public Relations, she took a Marketing role with the top Resort Developer in Breckenridge. She fell in love with Summit County and all of the outdoor activities it had to offer. In 2015, she transitioned from marketing real estate developments to become a licensed Real Estate Agent. She is a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, the Boulder and Northern Colorado (IRES) MLS, as well the Summit County Association of Realtors. Kelly provides a gateway for Denver area clients looking for investment properties and secondary homes in Summit County as well as for High Country clients looking to relocate to the Front Range. She also prides herself in helping families gain access to various grants available to First-Time Home Buyers in in both markets. She brings a vast knowledge of marketing to the team and has a knack for connecting people with people. When she is not serving her clients, she enjoys adventuring with her canine pal, Chuck, and traveling around the globe.
