let me first say Kelly was the best!!! this was our first house and from the first phone call to the closing Kelly was the most attentive and responsive person we have ever dealt with professionally. She took our calls and texts day and night even when she was away for a family wedding she still responded. I am currently stationed in Virginia, when I decided to buy a house, COVID hit. Which made it so difficult for me to leave and be in Connecticut to buy a house. Kelly went over and beyond to ensure she found the house that I wanted..I am a first time buyer and was lost to the home buying knowledge. She took the time out to answer my questions and was very quick with her responses. Kelly ensure I was paying for the actual value of the house, then making sure the seller did their part before my closing. She is so detailed, which I thank God for because she caught on to things that would have cost me thousands of dollars (double digits)to fix (which she ensured the seller fixed it). If you want a realtor who is honest, takes the time out to represent you properly and fights for you...believe me she is the one.

If you need a realtor, Kelly is the person to go to. Kelly was available to text/chat at all hours of the day, and I mean ALL hours. She was quick, attentive, informed, professional and patient, especially as someone who was a first time home buyer. I just worked with Kelly Hill to purchase my first home. She and her team made the process incredibly easy and they were always available to answer any questions I had. I was initially nervous going into the entire home buying process as it can be a daunting task, but Kelly was incredible to work with and very knowledgeable. She made sure we were able to promptly view any homes we were interested in, answered any questions or got the answer if she did not know, and worked closely with the lender once we made an offer. The entire process took us approximately one month from when we first viewed the houses we were intested in, to the date of closing where we became homeowners.
