I really appreciate everything Kelly has done for me. She went above and beyond for me on purchasing a home. We did everything via facetime which was not easy, but with Kelly all went very smooth from picking floors, counter tops, back splash. To be honest Kelly pretty much put the house together for me. Without her help I would be lost so I thank her very much for her assistance. I definitely recommend/refer her to all in need of purchasing or selling their home she is a great person to work with!! Thank you very much for everything Kelly you are the best!!

Kelly has been the best Realtor! I met her when I first moved to town a few years ago and was looking for a rental. When I was ready to look for a home I reached back out and it has been awesome! She is so attentive and responsive and helped me find my dream home. As a first time homebuyer I was really nervous about such a huge milestone but she helped make it easy and fun. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.

We had the privilege of working with Ms Kelly Kane as our realtor. Kelly is one of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet & work with. When we reached out to Kelly to let her know our plan she was on board 200%. You see we had a very aggressive timeline, she came over on a Thursday & talked with us. We told her we’d be ready for pictures bye the following Monday. She got everything scheduled & was pleasantly surprised to see we were ready. We literally with Kelly leading the charge sold our house within a month.
That means closing & all! Kelly knows her business and she’s the reason this was possible. She was on top of every step all the way through the process.
We’re happy to say we had the best experience & we’d for sure call on Kelly again. We will also be telling all our friends & family about Kelly! & team!

Kelly worked very hard at helping us find our perfect home we were looking at a time that was very difficult because the market was so hot. Kelly was very aggressive and knowledgeable in the houses we were looking for that her and my girlfriend actually found this house when I was out of town and I seen it through a video walkthrough. I trust their judgment because they know what to look for in a solid house. Kelly was there with us through the process to the end and helped make it a very enjoyable experience in our home purchase, we could not have ask for a better realtor.

We have known Kelly since she was a young girl growing up in LA. How pleasantly surprised we were when we learned she and her husband had moved to Middle TN and she became a Real Estate professional once she moved. Knowing Kelly’s drive and capabilities, we were very confident that Kelly would take care of our real estate needs when we decided to sell our home. Kelly has always excelled at the things I have known her to do for her profession. Kelly has a lot of energy, high business ethics and would do anything to assist her clients. We moved to LA before our home sold and I do not know what we have done if we did not have Kelly representing us. Kelly went far beyond what any other Realtor have done over the many years of us buying/selling a home. To top it off, Kelly worked extremely hard with the multiple offers that were submitted to secure us a “full price” offer on our home. We wished Kelly could have represented us with the purchase of our home in LA. Kelly definitely deserve an A+ for the professional service that she provided.

Kelly was an absolute joy to work with. I worked with her when looking to purchase my first home. She listened when I stated my price range, what areas I was interested in, and what amenities I desired in the home. I appreciated her listening so much because in the pass I’ve had realtors show me places I loved outside my price range which was discouraging. She was also helpful in setting up inspections and giving suggestions on interior design to handymen. She helped be find a great townhouse in an area I love for the right price! I highly recommend her and would work with her again.

When my wife, mother, and I were ready retire to Florida we could not find the house we needed in a location we wanted to live in. We eventually just bought a house in the right location. Kelly was able to help us transform it into our “forever” house . We did major renovations including foundation stabilization, new kitchen, new bathrooms, handicapped bathroom, new floors, closets, etc. Kelly was there every step of the way for us. Renovations started some months before we made the move. Kelly ended up being our on-site person who helped us decide what had to be to be reworked and then made sure everything got done correctly. Her experience and professionalism helped us save money and end up with a house that we are still very happy with. I recommend her highly!
