Kelly was truly exceptional. She is loving, kind and listened to our wants and needs. We were moving across country and honestly didn’t know anything about the area. We were so impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for us to work with her since we was set on buying in Lakewood Ranch and we are so thankful we did.

Kelly was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. We purchased a new constructed home so it wasn’t a straight forward deal. She told us that going in and highlighted the concerns she had and the research she wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and we wouldn’t have to wait for a long time to move in.

Kelly will work with you to make your desires a reality. Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness and good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase so easy. When we are looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Kelly.

Incredible and Brilliant Realtor- Kelly was the best realtor I have ever dealt with - she is truly knowledgeable in all aspects of a real estate transaction and has a great eye for detail. She is honest and truthful and extremely helpful in buying or selling a property. She is fantastic with staging and unique ideas for home improvement too.
