From the beginning, Kelly was extremely helpful in our home search. She promptly made appointments to view homes, always working with our schedule. She was very thorough in her home search results she would find for us, ultimately finding us our new home. We were excited immediately, scheduled a viewing, then backed out because we weren't sure we could afford it. Kelly was persistent in finding us a way to afford this house, she encouraged us to move forward and see the house, and helped us negotiate a price that we could work with! She was thorough in her walkthrough with us and honest and open about potential issues with the home. She had no hesitation in making our problems her problems. Kelly took the difficulty out of finding a home for us. She was a pleasure to work with, communicated well, and ultimately scored us our first home! Highly recommend Kelly as she is knowledgeable in the area, knows her home prices and will fight for the best deal, committed to her clients and making their goals happen, and is friendly through the whole process.
