As the daughter and granddaughter of real estate attorneys, becoming a real estate broker was a natural progression for Kelly Ladewig. Working prior for her family's firm as a legal assistant she brings a wealth of knowledge to her work as a broker including her own background in marketing. Her degree in Marketing from University of Illinois-Chicago has provided her with the honed sense of how to market a property listing. She has expansive knowledge of the commercial real estate spectrum and specializes in residential real estate. Kelly has a keen eye for interior design and a particular understanding how to gain return on investment with home improvements.

When it comes to guiding a transaction through the process, Kelly prides herself in her efficiency, honesty and dedication to serving her clients' best interests. She strongly believes that it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the way armed with top notch knowledge and strong market insight.
