I'm Kelly Levine, a REALTOR at Compass in North County San Diego. For over 20 years, I've worked with homeowners across Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside, San Marcos, Vista, and the greater San Diego area as they navigate the moves that matter most. Growing families. Empty nesters considering what's next. Trustees and executors handling the sale of a family home. Homeowners selling a home and buying a new one at the same time. These are rarely simple transactions, and they ask for more than marketing expertise. They ask for clear judgment, thoughtful planning, and steady guidance.

I lead strategy and marketing for our team. I make sure every property is positioned to attract serious buyers, every pricing decision is grounded in real data, and every client feels informed and supported from start to finish. I take the complicated and make it clear.

What sets my practice apart is that I don't work alone. I'm one half of Graham and Kelly Levine, REALTORs, a husband-and-wife team that's been doing this work together for more than two decades. My partner and husband, Graham, leads negotiations and contracts. Between the two of us, every angle is covered: I bring the marketing and strategy that gets your property in front of the right buyers and your offer in front of the right sellers. Graham brings the negotiation precision and contract protection that closes the deal cleanly. When you hire me, you get both of us.

Move-up buyers and sellers in the $1.5M to $3.5M range. Trust, estate, and probate sales, in partnership with estate planning attorneys, probate attorneys, and professional fiduciaries across San Diego County. Selling and buying at the same time, where timing and sequencing matter most. Coastal and North County San Diego, with experience throughout every corner of the county.
