Island Sotheby’s in Maui with Kelly Lovato not only got the most for my house in Lahaina but she guided me through the entire process. Kelly went way out of her way to prepare the home for showing and once it sold she worked with the buyers to keep the sale ongoing which can only come from experience that comes with time and success. Kelly Lovato provided me and my wife with exceptional service. As my broker in purchasing my very first investment condo; Kelly was very professional yet patient with me, she's easy to work with (she has a pleasant low-key demeanor), she's diligent in all respects (example, if she didn't know the answer to a question she will get it quickly), and she always made herself available for questions (day or night).
Throughout the entire purchasing process Kelly went "the extra mile" to communicate effectively. For example she returned my calls/texts/emails promptly, answered all my questions, coordinated well with others involved in the sale, and she kept the process moving forward smoothly. Even to this day Kelly checks in with me periodically to make sure everything is going fine. I know that I can call Kelley if I have any questions whatsoever about my condo and she will make the time to assist me.

We've used Kelly twice in both purchasing and selling a home on the Island. We found her to be incredibly accessible, helpful, personable, as well as professional in all transactions.

We didn't expect her to show up for every showing we had, but there she was! We've never had a realtor do that before and we've either bought or sold 18 homes over all our years (to include rentals).

Kelly was hands on in dealing with any hiccups we've had concerning our purchase or sale. And believe me, acquiring our property on the island became a nightmare none of us had anticipated nor ever encountered due to the unprofessional behavior of the sellers agent. It was so bad, I actually had to step away from the process and Kelly and my husband completed it. Kudos to them for the dignity and diplomacy they exuded in an extremely trying transaction.

If I need Kelly's services again, I'd surely seek out her help. That may sound cheesy, but she's also honest and puts her clients needs first. She's a gem!

Kelly is the best agent I have ever worked with. I met her at an open house and stayed in contact with her for 3 years until we bought our first condo. We looked at many and bought one using face time. Her home inspector is very thorough and I if anything needs to be fixed, she has good subcontractors. She was always prompt in returning my calls and answering my questions.
My second transaction is selling a condo which is going very smoothly.
She is very personable and has great negotiating and communication skills. I highly recommend her.

She thoroughly showed us all the options throughout the island within our parameters. Kelly intuitively knew what I wanted and when I saw the 180% unobstructed view from my bedroom and living room/kitchen, I knew I was home. I could hardly keep my cool 😎 but Kelly remained strong 💪 for me. I had accomplished my dream with a consummate professional by my side.

Kelly was recommended to us by a friend of our realtor in CO. She helped us buy a property in Maui mostly remote. She not only helped with the transaction but also with anything we needed, such as offering to accept shipments to be put in the condo, mailing us keys and delivering keys to our property management company. She did FaceTime calls with us for the inspections and inspection resolution. She even bought us a new shower curtain when the owners didn’t include it in the sale.
She committed a lot of time to show us properties to consider and was extremely knowledgeable in all the different complexes.
We could not have done a purchase being this far away without Kelly’s help.
