My fiancé and I had an amazing, seamless experience with Kelly! It truly was fate running into her during an open house in Drexel hill after 9 months of searching and getting blocked out of bidding wars and misinformation from other realtors. It’s a crazy real estate game in this market now a days! She had the house inspection and documents prepared for us and was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process! Kelly was great to work with. Highly knowledgeable of the Delaware County. She listened to what we wanted and what we needed and very respectful of our budget. She offered key advice on revising our bid in a multiple offer situation and was a great resource in making sure we got our post-acceptance to do list complete on time with a relatively fast closing.
