I would like to share a few thoughts about the job my Realtor Kelly Madruga did for our family in the selling of our house!!
I reached out to Kelly 6 months prior to the eventual listing just to get a professional opinion on if I decided to sell what I could expect . I knew that my house was avg at best ..so I worried about the quality of service and attention my house / I would get!

I) Foremost on a personal level I am confident in saying that it is a very short list of people that I have met that are as genuinely a nice person or have the integrity that Kelly Madruga has! NIunerous times through the lengthy process Kelly provided guidance that was not in her interest!

2) On the business end Kelly is by far one of the most knowledgeable, and effective professionals that I've hired in any business sector. Throughout the process : preparing for listing to closing. Her skill set through years of experience were always on display!!

Two of Kelly Madruga qualities that makes her stand above is that 1) when it comes to the real estate market she is prescient. We had a few unique circumstances in trying to sell the property. Not only did Kelly rmanage things so that those unique circumstances did not become problems..In the rare occasions something came up that needed attention . Kelly had an answer before I even there was a problem. 2) As mentioned my listing was not in the high end of the market despite that I never ever got the feeling that Kelly was to busy for the slightest of my concerns. I knew it not to be true but she always gives you the attention as if you are her only client.

Overall I can say without equivocation that Kelly Madruga is by far the best professional I ve hired to represent my interest in any business sector

Kelly was the best, Kelly would drive up from Point Loma to Oceanside every time we wanted to view a house Monday-Sunday, amazing commitment and effort for her clients goes well beyond what is asked, and makes sure the clients make the final right decision with her support and guidance.
We are very happy that, we have Kelly not only as our agent but as our friend, we bought 2 houses with Kelly as our agent and we will keep working with Kelly in the future👍
