Sydney Friedman in maryville tn was our agent! And I have to say she treated us like family from day one. As soon as we had our first phone conversation ik she was our agent. She kept on top of every person for us even if it wasnt something she had to do. Always went above and beyond for us taking my txt at anytime no matter what it was. Looking at some crazy places 😂 but she was all up for anything. She helped us find our forever home and homestead and we are so grateful. Meghan went above and beyond to help us find a home here in the Bolivar, TN area! We were in northwest Ohio unable to look at houses in the area. Kelly is amazing. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. If you are unsure about something she explains it in simple terms. She is very vocal about faults in the houses and is quick to point them out for would be home buyers. For me this was wonderful as you want your realtor to not sell you something subpar. She maintained constant contact and kept us in the loop even with the small things. 100/10!!!

This was the second home I’ve purchased and the difference between Kelly and my last realtor was night and day. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable. She taught us so much throughout the whole process and helped us make critical decisions that we would have been clueless about without her expertise. Kelly was available to us at all times and has gone above and beyond through this process. When making such a big purchase you need someone like Kelly in your corner. She’s also a very enjoyable person and we’re lucky to have met her.

Kelly Martin came known to us through a Dave Ramsey home buying search and she listened to our wants/needs and while we searched she began to know what we wanted even before we did. We were still in Texas when she FaceTimed us with a couple of properties and then we saw a number in person before we found what we were looking for to fit our needs. The photos and the description of our home in the listing were absolutely amazing. In the end, we had multiple offers, made more money than we expected, and was able to rent our old home until our new home was ready.
