I choose Kelly as my realtor in 2015. This is the second home she helped me purchase. Kelly was truly exceptional. I was so impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she knows about the market & the whole home buying /selling process. Kelly was there with me from beginning to end. She sold my home and showed me the great area I chose as my new home. I trusted that Kelly had my best interest at hand, and I TRUSTED all her decisions. Overall, I would strongly recommend Kelly Norton to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially if you are a first-time homebuyer. I would trust Kelly with my eyes closed and her attention to detail and level of time/dedication to her clients is outstanding. TRUST IS KEY!

I’ve known Kelly for years and just recently started looking at homes. We told her what we were looking for and she’d find us listings to see daily. And when we changed our minds a hundred times on what we were actually looking for she simply switched lanes and sent us new listings. She’s very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and incredibly flexible on being available to show listings. Her wit and humor are a huge plus in making a stressful home search a lot more fun :)

Kelly was amazing from start to finish in helping my parents find a home. Although I’ve lived in the area for some time, I am not familiar with the surrounding areas. Kelly made great recommendations and found an excellent location for them. She took the time to understand their requirements and how it corresponded to their budget. Kelly understood this would be their retirement home and she worked to make sure it was the perfect fit. Kelly’s knowledge of the housing market put us at ease, especially since my parents had already sold their home and were moving across the country. She realized there were times we were out of our depths, took the time to explain the process and made sure we understood. Kelly was easy to reach and her easy going personality alleviated so much of the stress. We never felt like she wouldn’t find them the perfect home and she did it in just a few showings. Kelly set the highest standards!

kelly worked with my family to find a home for my mother and father in-law who are relocating to Virginia from out west. She was patient and attentive. She spent a significant amount of time with us to find a place that would meet their needs and address any concerns we had. Her expertise and knowledge of the area gave us a great advantage in looking for a house in this difficult market. She helped so much when it came time to present an offer and fill out the various forms on-line. We are not tech savy and she walked us through the process over the phone. She put us in contact with the people we needed for inspections and the legal side of the process. It was comforting knowing we had somebody we could trust to guide us and keep things on track. The closing went smoothly and we will be moving my in-laws into a wonderful home in a beautiful neighborhood. My family owes her a debt of gratitude. I would not have felt nearly as comfortable working with anyone else. Thank you so much Kelly, we will always appreciate what you have done for us !

Kelly helped my wife and I find our new home up here in Stafford Virginia. I can say I personally dealt with Kelly alot during the process and she was awesome. This market is super crazy and Kelly was always patient and answered any questions or concerns we had. Anytime we wanted to go look at a home Kelly made the time during the day for us!
