Kelly O'Grady

Kelly has been VP of Acquisitions and Operations for Griffin Residential since 2020. He oversees the companies underwriting and acquisition of both single-family and multi-family projects as well as its internal portfolio of income properties. Additionally, he is responsible for all purchasing and construction management across Griffin Residential’s core businesses. Through multiple acquisition sources, Kelly and his team identify and underwrite thousands of properties throughout Southern California every year.

Kelly started with Griffin Residential as a construction superintendent in the early 2000s, then crossed over to acquisitions in 2010. Since 2010, Kelly has been involved with the acquisition and management of over 4,000 properties.
