Kelly Sager

Kelly Sager is both a native and lifelong resident of Strasburg, Virginia. Her entire professional career has been devoted to local real estate—beginning as a REALTOR®, advancing to Broker, and ultimately becoming the owner of her father’s firm, Sager Real Estate. Together with her husband, Nick Racey, Kelly raised their daughter, Anna, in Strasburg. Continuing the family tradition, Anna has returned to the area with her daughter, Lillah, and is now a REALTOR® with Sager Real Estate as well.

Few know the area and its people as well as Kelly. She takes great pride in the company’s longstanding reputation and in the dedicated team of REALTORS® who uphold its values and serve the community with integrity.

Deeply committed to giving back, Kelly has held numerous leadership roles at St. Paul Lutheran Church and served on a variety of town, civic, and nonprofit boards. Her community involvement includes service with the Shenandoah County Economic Development Council, the Strasburg Chamber of Commerce, Jaycees, Rotary, the Glen Burnie Museum Council, and the First Bank Council. As a Rotarian, she was honored with the prestigious Paul Harris Fellow designation.

Kelly’s dedication to the highest professional standards is evident through her active membership in both the Virginia Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Her achievements include “Outstanding Sales” honors, the “President’s Club,” and recognition as “REALTOR® of the Year.”

She specializes in residential properties, land, and farms, bringing a wealth of local knowledge and decades of experience to every client she serves.
