Kelly Steyn and her team with Philadelphia Living were amazing! They made the buying process so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. I had been casually looking at purchasing my first home over the past few years and for some reason in the middle of a pandemic I decided to make that purchase. Kelly is super knowledgeable with the local real estate in the five counties around Philadelphia. She was super patient with me as I was reviewed and toured properties. Kelly went out of her way to make sure my closing day was seamless as the seller wasn’t fully out of the house (not normal). I was extremely happy with Kelly as my advocate navigating a highly volatile housing market. She was easy to communicate with and her team’s organization made sure that I was taken care of. I highly recommend Kelly Steyn and Philadelphia Living for representation with buying or selling!

Kelly was amazing! She helped us sell our house. It was our first time ever selling a house so she led us in the right direction. She supplied us with check lists to get the home staged and ready for photos, and listed our home super fast. Kelly was very quick to answer our phone calls, emails or text messages with an answer to our questions. She is super knowledgeable and friendly. Kelly knows her job and she does it well! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. Unfortunately we couldn’t use her to purchase our new home as it was 2 hours away and not in an area she knew but Kelly did set us up with a Realtor in the area we were looking to buy and we found our new home! Kelly is all around great and you won’t be disappointed if you choose her to be your realtor! Thanks again Kelly!

Working with Kelly was great. She was flexible and attentive to our needs. My husband was very particular about the type of home and she worked very hard to find what homes that met the criteria. She was very knowledgeable while also allowing us to make the decision that was best for us. Would highly recommend!
