About Kelly

You could say sharp real estate instincts run strong in Kelly Tap’s lineage. The 2008 Keller Williams Rising Star Award winner paid close attention throughout her Southern California upbringing while her father and other close relatives carefully invested in local neighborhood income properties. Her early passion for real estate investment eventually led her to pursue her California Real Estate License and what is now a vibrant, thriving career in the industry.

As an upbeat and accomplished Realtor specializing in Los Angeles and Orange County home sales, Kelly closed 71% of Buyer Sales in 2009 with Shandrow Group Inc. (a real estate firm specializing in REOs) earning her the title of SGI's #1 Producing Agent in 2009. Most of Kelly’s 2009 sales were REO/Foreclosure or short sales. In 2010, Kelly received a Bronze Medal for Production/GCI from Keller Williams International.

The areas and neighborhoods Kelly serves her clients in (but are not limited to) include Bixby Knolls, Artcraft Manor, Park Estates, Wrigley and Westside Long Beach, as well as throughout Orange County and parts of the Inland Empire. In late 2015, Kelly Tap started her own team Tap into Real Estate. She looks forward to building her brand and mentoring others in the industry. Currently, the team resides at Keller Williams Pacific Estates, the #1 KW office in California!
