About Kelly

Born in Atlanta, Georgia and raised in the Northern suburbs of Atlanta, Kelly Testa has witnessed the change and growth that transformed that area which helped spark her interest in Real Estate. Witnessing first hand a structure come to life from a drawing on paper to completion. Kelly’s father, a successful architect, took her on many job sites growing up, where she became fascinated by the world of construction and design.

My wife and I worked with Kelly during our relocation and could not have been happier. As this was our first long distance move, we were definitely stressed about searching for a home nearly 1000 miles away. From the first call Kelly was able to help us understand both the area and market we would be moving in to, and made the entire process both easier and more enjoyable than either of us could have hoped for. Kelly was always easy to reach, an excellent resource to bounce ideas off of, and navigated us through a few surprises that popped up along the way with ease. Kelly did a great job selling my home! She priced it at market value and used all of her marketing tools to introduce the house to prospective buyers.
