Absolutely fabulous service. I was co-owner of a property in central Florida which had experienced some hail damage (pool enclosure, windows, roof) just few days before going to market. Living in Europe, it looked like a mountain to pass to actually sell the property. Kelly helped each step of the way, each time without hesitation but rather with enthusiasm, as if the place were her own property.
Every step of the way through the formailities, the repairs and insurance, title, clearing of furniture, and without the owners present, Kelly ensured that all went smoothly.
She goes not only the extra mile to get things done, but WAY BEYOND any expectation or any activities that could be considered "normal" for a realtor.
She is also an excellent negotiator and takes care of the customer's interests when in front of the buyer's team. She knows the market very well and also understands how to get the best price for the customer.
