Born and raised in Indianapolis, Kelly attended Washington Township schools & Indiana University where she earned a BS in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business. Kelly served as a director for MIBOR and was the President of the MIBOR Service Corporation (MSC). Kelly served as a director for the Indiana Association of REALTORS® from 2019-2021. She is excited to be a Founding Broker with Compass Real Estate. Kelly has career sales in excess of $300,000,000 and over 855 units.

When not in the office, you will find Kelly playing tennis, traveling, or deep into a house project or renovation. She resides in Meridian Kessler with her husband, Joe and three children. Kelly is an active member of Immaculate Heart of Mary School & Church, Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School, and a volunteer for several community organizations.
