Kelly Vanderbilt

Licensed since 2012, Kelly's real estate career began in the city and North Shore area. Having been raised in the city, it was a natural fit. Eventually, Kelly moved to the Northwest suburbs with her husband and began to grow her business from there. Her love of all things real estate started nearly 15 years ago, working at the Cook County Assessor's Office, helping homeowners with their property taxes and homeowners' exemptions.

Her ability to negotiate and love of helping others makes a great fit for buyers and sellers, as she has extensive experience with both! Honesty and integrity are two things promised when working with Kelly.

Kelly's past clients have noted her tenacity to get the deal done, and her genuine love for what she does shows up at every single deal! She has remained great friends with many past clients.

When Kelly isn't working she enjoys spending time with her husband Mike, her son Cole, and her pit-bull Mama Bear. She is also a wine collector and enjoys tackling home improvements!
