My wife and I were referred to Kelsey from a mortgage broker who is a friend of ours. I explained in the very first call that we had what I was looking to do and she never, not once, varied from that or pressured us into anything else. We felt she was honest and told us what to expect and would happen. She worked with us for 8 or 9 months and she sold us a home and then sold the house we were in. Her top strength is when you accept the offer she does more than enough to secure and protect you, the seller, with time lines, emails, follow ups, calls and contracts, and she follows up on every detail. Even is something was extended, she made sure it was in a signed agreement to protect us as the sellers. She also would interject and tell us different things to think about when selling ours, but was never demanding or pushy. Best compliment I can give is we would work with her again in a minute. The Parker Group should be fortunate to have her on their staff.

My husband and I were in the market to buy a home and Kelsey Skeels was the realtor we chose to work with and what an absolute pleasure she was! Kelsey was very professional and certainly went above and beyond no matter what time of day or night she always got right back to us with any questions we had ... I was new to this whole process and she completely did all the work for me and made me feel very comfortable! She also introduced us to an amazing lender Danielle who went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and comfortable.... When we started the process we had a budget and weren't sure if we wanted to purchase something ready to move in, or perhaps purchase land and have something built... Kelsey is an amazing staple in the community and definitely will find the right person for the job! She new a builder who was willing to give us what we were looking for in our price point had we purchased land... We ended up purchasing a home and having it remodeled and Kelsey recommend someone to do our remodel and it can out perfectly!!!!! Kelsey thank you so very much for all your hard work and dedication! I know you were working with many other clients at the time but you certainly made me feel like no matter what I needed you were always available!!!!
