Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Kelton was a competitive swimmer by age 10 — not because it came easy, but because he got beat in a race and needed a new arena to conquer. That same competitive drive earned him a swimming scholarship to the University of Louisiana Monroe, where he graduated with a degree in Construction Management. Two disciplines that would define everything that came after.
He arrived in San Antonio building apartments, then managed crews, inspected high rises, and eventually built homes from the ground up — winning awards for fastest build times along the way. He learned the trades, paid the trades, and understood what was behind every wall, under every foundation, and above every ceiling. When he got his real estate license in 2014, he wasn't starting over. He was finally in the right arena.
Since 2015, Kelton has ranked among San Antonio's top 50 agents, leading the Kelton Day Real Estate Group with a team built around one mission — delivering best-in-class service before, during, and after every transaction.
