Kelvin Reaves

Kelvin has his Juris Doctor and practiced law before transitioning to real estate. Early in his career he owned his own motorcycle apparel company, which took him around the world. During the past five years, he focused on real estate development but missed the client interaction and is now focused exclusively on real estate sales. His legal and entrepreneurial backgrounds, combined with his involvement in development, have made him extremely familiar with the finer points of a deal. He understands real estate “holistically” and possesses a keen sense for all aspects of a transaction, including contract negotiations and anticipating/dealing with potential issues quickly and efficiently. Valuing trust above all else, he is very experienced and well respected within the DMV real estate community, and works with home buyers/sellers, and investors alike.

Kelvin is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and an even prouder father to his middle school-aged son, as well as an insatiable golfer. Dina has her hands full with two active boys and is an avid reader. Both love sports/physical fitness and are devoted Peloton enthusiasts.
