Kemp Dunaway Jr. is a native Charlottean and has been selling residential real estate for 45 years and is a 3rd generation Realtor. He graduated from Myers Park High School in 1969 and went on to receive by Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology from UNC Chapel Hill. He began selling real estate in 1975 with his family firm, H.Y.Dunaway Co. In 2009 he joined Allen Tate Company. He has been consistently a top producer in sales volume totaling over $375,000,000. He is married to Liz Jacobs Dunaway and has 2 sons, Jake and Byron and daughter in law, Makenzie married to Jake.
