I have had Ken Aggus managing my rental home and I have found his service the be excellent, I have had no problems with his company and all of the office personnel have always provided monthly information of financial and home conditions. With their yearly home checks, we have been able to keep up the house and respond when there is a need or a rentor's question. I would (and have) recommend the Aggus Realty to be used to sell their home or to manage their properties. I try to travel Colorado and view the house once a year. I have always found the home well taken care of and the company has always been open to suggestions of ways to improve property care (We like to invest our money in our home to make it better).

We have had Aggus Realty as our property management team for six years and could not be happier with the service! They found us excellent renters and do a great job of maintaining the property. This is very important to us as we are distance owners. We are kept apprised of each thing that happens with the house and receive copies of each correspondence. I met Ken as I was looking for potential property management companies. At the time I was looking for low fees and so ended up contracting with another company. True to form Ken said if you need anything don't hesitate to call me. Well little did I know I would be doing exactly that. My experience with the other company was a nightmare. When I finally threatened to get an attorney they canceled my contract and left me in a time crunch to find another manager. I called Ken and he immediately got on the job. He worked with the prior company to pickup interested applicants and had the place rented in about 2-3weeks. Since then Aggus Realty has been professional and supportive. They are a small company so some things might take a bit longer, but they managed to get the house and yard readying to go and have been in contact with the renters several times to see how things are going. I am looking forward to continued teamwork and support moving forward. Lots of thanks to Ken and Erin. Aggus is an honest family owned business and wont mislead you.
