He was always very responsive and listened to our needs in finding our new home. He even provided amazing vendors to help get our first home sale ready! He maintained our first home while it was on the market and worked hard to find a great buyer. Ken is great at his job and very friendly! Kenny was truly exceptional!! I heard him speak at a multi-Unit buying seminar that was focused on certain neighborhoods in Chicago. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the Chicago market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with him since I was set on buying in the Gold Coast of Chicago and I’m so thankful I did.

Kenny was ALWAYS available for tours. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always called me back no longer than 5 minutes later.

Kenny will work with you to make your desires a reality. Kenny is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Kenny was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. His cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence that he would get the job done – and he did!

His promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy, and good looks made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I’ve already recommended him to two of my good friends. When I am looking to buy again, I will not hesitate to call Kenny!

Ken Barilich was generous with his time and in sharing his knowledge of the different Chicago neighborhoods we were searching in. We were looking for a multi unit building that we could keep as an investment for our family. He asked questions of the sellers that I didn't even know I should be asking and pointed out all the possibilities he saw in each building. Ken helped me purchase a large, tricky, and unique investment property from a stubborn seller and handled the whole process professionally and promptly.

Although there were many setbacks and surprises outside of our control throughout the deal, he stuck in there and helped plenty of times along the way with a positive attitude. Ken helped us to rent our new unit during pandemic. I found Ken on an apartment search engine after showing interest in a unit. Ken asked our requirements and send out new units daily. We were always able to schedule the in person tours at very convenient times for us. We had a showing for 4 units back to back in one day, thanks to his planning, everything went smoothly. After every showing, Ken followed with us to learn what we liked and what we did not like. We are still in the process of moving to our new unit and he is with us checking for our moving process. Ken was our agent when my husband and I were looking for a new apartment in February 2020. I used an apartment-finding app to submit interest in a location, and Ken was the agent who responded. He was enthusiastic and offered to help us find the perfect place beyond the one I had initially inquired about. He sent me emails of potential apartments, asked what we were looking for, and took us on several open houses for available apartments. He was always kind and listened to our needs, even when it meant we rejected places over and over. Ken barilich helped my family and i find the most perfect home! He visited multiple places with us, gave us a detailed tour , and he did his research for all the houses before showing it to us. He was extremely helpful in helping us research multiple locations and continued to help us until we found the house. He’s quick at responding and goes out of his way to help to ensure you get the house you want.
I once called him at 8pm to show us a house and it was last minute as his scheduled was filled. However , he still managed to show us the house. He was friendly and easy to work with.
