About Ken

Ken Callahan’s passion for real estate began at the age of nineteen, when he built his first home in his native state of Michigan. Having lived in the city of Kalamazoo, MI, all his life, Ken and his wife of 24 years relocated to North Port in Charlotte County in 2010.

After a long and impressive career as a Research Scientist for Pfizer, the world’s largest research based pharmaceutical company, Ken transitioned to the real estate industry in 2008. Specializing in the golfing communities of Bobcat Trail and Heron Creek as well as new construction, Ken has successfully represented buyers and sellers from Palmetto to Port Charlotte. Buying a home is one of the biggest investments people will ever make, and as such, Ken is committed to providing exceptional customer service and a seamless experience from listing to closing, and beyond.

Ken is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Englewood Board of Realtors and the Florida Association of Realtors. When not focused on real estate, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and woodworking
