Ken Carter

Ken worked with Charlie Huff, a founder of Yolo County Realty beginning in 2003 and purchased the agency from Charlie in 2005. Ken oversees all real estate and lending transactions. He is a graduate of UC Davis with a degree in Managerial and Agriculture Economics. He is an entrepreneur at heart and balances his successful real estate and lending career with the operation of his family’s straw and hay company in Woodland. A true outdoorsman, Ken enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking, biking and other adventures that keep him happy and healthy. Ken and his wife Lori make their home in Woodland.
