Ken Clark

Ken Clark has a diverse background in real estate, having been a sales associate, broker associate, broker-owner, and trainer. He founded Clark and Associates, Inc., which later operated as Clark Insurers & Realtors® from 1972 until 1989. The insurance business was then sold, and the real estate arm continued as Clark Realtors®. After joining Coldwell Banker Mid-America Group, Realtors® in 1991 as a sales associate, he was appointed Assistant Manager in 1993, Sales Manager in 1995, and later became Senior Vice President and Regional Sales Manager in 2006. In this role, he had direct responsibility for one office with over sixty agents and oversight of two additional offices with another fifty agents. Currently, Ken is the owner of VIA Group, Realtors®, an organization committed to integrity and dedicated to action.
