Ken Enochs

Ken has held numerous leadership and sales roles throughout his real estate career. Ken started his real estate career at a Philadelphia based national relocation company. While there, Ken was promoted to Vice President of Operations after demonstrating a strong work ethic coupled with acute attention to detail.

It was several years later that Ken decided to obtain his real estate license. He was first licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1998. He quickly became a top sales associate and broker in his firm. After securing some large relocation and builder accounts, Ken was promoted to Regional Vice President of New Homes & Land for the entire Delaware Valley Region (Philadelphia MSA).

In 2004, after obtaining his broker’s license he was promoted again to become the Managing Broker of the Haverford, PA. Sales Office. After rebuilding the office, Ken ended up back in Wayne, PA as the Managing Broker where then merged the two offices together. After 10 years at that brokerage, Ken decided to leap back into sales full-time in 2008 with a new company. By the end of 2009, Ken was ranked within the top 5% of all of North America and the top 3% companywide.

In 2011, Ken opened his own brokerage based out of Berwyn, PA where he became the President/Broker of Record. In 2012, Ken was one of five brokers selected nationwide to create, build and launch an entirely new business model and brokerage; United Real Estate. He held the role of Regional Vice President and Broker of Record until the Spring of 2018.

In May 2018, Ken decided to move his team over to CØMPASS RE, which had just been established in the Philadelphia marketplace. In June 2025, Ken was promoted to Broker Of Record for CØMPASS PENNSYLVANIA, LLC.
