We had the good fortune to work with Ken Graff on the purchase of the condo in Queen Anne where we live now. He advised us well on that transaction and it went so smoothly that we decided to engage him also on the sale of our prior home - and that was when we were even more impressed with his work. Ken brings not just his own expertise and judgment, but also a network of craftsmen, stagers, photographers, drone operators and video producers that transformed the property into a model home.
