He looked at over 370 short saleforeclosed homes over 2 years for me. (My wife is very picky) During this time he went out of his way to make sure the house matched what and my wife were looking for in every way shape and fashion. Each week he would send me what matched what I was looking for and provide ALL that he found if I requested it. Then we would look them over together over the phone. If I wanted to see the house in person we would go in an instant to see the Homes. Once my wife found the home she liked Ken went out of his way to look over the house and address EVERY THING that he could locate wrong so that I would be aware of any problems. He stood by me through the whole process. He even went to HUD to find out why it was taking them 4 months to try and close. Ken got me in touch with someone that would do 110% financing on my home, found contractors to do the repairs to the home, found and addressed problems before, during, and after the closing process, and stopped by after I fully moved in to my home to make sure it was the home I truly wanted. When people ask who I used to buy my home, I always say Ken Guillen and give them one of the cards I asked him for!

Ken Guillen is an awesome Broker/Realtor He has gone above and beyond in assisting me in my search to purchase a home. His experience has helped me in many aspects pertaining to purchasing. When my husband and our family and I had to flee our apartment due to mold, we had no idea who we were going to be able to trust to help us find our first home to purchase. After days of searching, I happened upon Ken Guillen's face as an advertisement on zillow. And there was just something about him. From the moment I saw his face, I felt like I could trust him. And God didn't steer me wrong! From that very first phone call, where he even quoted one of my favorite movies to me, I knew we had found our man. We searched for three months to find the perfect first home for our little family of 4. With Ken's knowledge of construction, he was able to steer us away from homes that we wouldn't be able to repair, and helped us find homes that were within our budget. His no nonsense attitude, splashed with a dash of joviality, was a joy to work with. And we all celebrated when, after loosing 4 homes to investors, Ken led us to the perfect one! It had all the features we had loved on every house we had bid on, and it was within our area and price range! After almost exhausting my efforts to find a house and get a loan approved, I was given Ken Guillens phone number by a friend of mine who knew ken and said that he was really good. I had bought and sold several houses before throughout my life and I thought I knew a lot about real estate, Boy was I wrong, in these times were in today I needed help and Ken Guillen was the one who got my offer excepted and with a less than perfect credit score paired me up with a loan processor that worked above and beyond what others had done and now my wife and I are happily enjoying our house. By the way, through Ken Guillen and the loan processor I was able to get a VA loan which was harder to get than a FHA loan. I can not tell you how pleased I am to have Ken Guillen as my agent and friend.

Not only he knew ins and outs of buying and selling a house, he was able to tells us how to make sure that everything goes smoothly, always kept in touch, and responded to calls and emails as soon as possible. We always knew what's happening, what's needed for us, and what paperwork we need to complete. We are thankful to have had Ken's expertise and experience, when selling + buying our houses.
